Q. Will an XTP Universal Wakeboard Tower fit my boat?
The the EDGE fits boats 79" to 100". Regardless of your boat's style, be it a cruiser, cuddy, runabout, ski boat, fishing boat or whatever, if the width is within the given range, the universal wakeboard tower will adjust to fit your boat.

Q. How long will it take to ship my item?
Most items should ship in 2-3 business days.

Q. What is the warranty?
XTP wakeboard towers sold already installed on new boats purchased directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized boat dealer and not purchased directly from XTP are warrantied for a period of one year from the date of purchase. XTP Xcalibur X-Change and Edge wakeboard towers sold directly by XTP are warrantied for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase. If under warranty, XTP will repair directly, or supply parts for the repair of any material cracks, fractures, or structural failures that are a result of manufacturing defect. Anodizing is specifically excluded as its care and use cannot be controlled by XTP. Any modification or improper use, not approved in writing by XTP, shall void this warranty. XTP's obligation under this warranty shall not include any transportation charges or costs of installation or any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from delay or improper installation of the tower. No dealer, retailer, or manufacturer is the agency for XTP and may not assume for XTP any liability in connection with this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILTY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE.

Q. What is your return policy?
For any wakeboard tower purchased already installed by the boat manufacturer on a new boat, please contact the boat manufacturer and/or the boat dealer for any warranty issues. For any tower sold directly by XTP, a return authorization number must be obtained from XTP prior to the return of any product for any reason. Please call Customer Service at 1-865-981-9898 to obtain an RMA. After receipt of an RMA, please complete this form and include it with the item being returned. When you ship the item, please use appropriate shipping insurance. Defects must be reported to XTP in writing or via phone within 30 days of discovery. Q. What is anodized?
Anodizing is a process by which aluminum is coated. This coating becomes an integral part of the aluminum and will not peel or flake.

Bright Dipped
Bright dipping is a process in which aluminum is dipped into a chemical bath and charged with an electric current. This process refines the surface of the aluminum, polishing and brightening the appearance of the material.

Aluminum Anodizing
Aluminum anodizing involves submersing a piece of aluminum in an acid electrolyte bath and then charging the aluminum and the bath with DC current. The piece of aluminum is the anode in the circuit which causes the aluminum to oxidize and attract free ions from the solution into a thick, hard layer of aluminum oxide on the surfaces of the part. As a finish step the part is then dipped into boiling water to seal any pores in the aluminum.

By combining these two processes Aluminum becomes a highly lustrous and durable product.

Q. Will I be able to install these products myself?
The accessories (speakers and wakeboard racks) are very easy to install and will come with instructions to assist you. The Garage Wakeboard Rack require attachment to your wall through screws. The Wakeboard Racks attach to your tower with just the use of hex wrenches. The speakers will require some wiring and some drilling, but again that will be outlined in the installation instructions.

Installation of an aftermarket wakeboard tower will require drilling holes into your boat and we suggest you get professional help from your dealer to decrease the possibility of drilling in the incorrect location and damaging your boat.
